Computer Programmer Trainee


Programmer Trainee will get an opportunity to have hands on experience in the ongoing or new software / eGovernance projects of KITE. Work location would be the State Office of KITE at Poojapura, Thiruvananthapuram and the timings would be same as the normal working hours of the Programming team of KITE. However if required, the Programmer Trainee might be asked to work beyond working hours, based on the demand of work. After successful completion of training, if there is an opening for a Junior Computer Programmer at KITE at that time, the trainee may get a priority to apply for the same, if he / she meets the requirement for the said position. However selection to the training programme in any case cannot claim for a contractual /permanent position with KITE. The training may be extended further, based on the demand or the performance of the individual. During the training period, the performance, attitude and behavioural aspects of the trainee would be closely monitored and the trainee would be governed by all the rules and regulations stipulated for the employees of KITE. If the Trainee fails to perform in his/her work as required, KITE would have the right to terminate the training without any notice. After successfully completing the training programme, the Trainee would be provided with a Certificate.
