Click on CUSTOMER CARE - Enterprise Fault Management TROUBLE TICKET Enter USER NAME & PASSWORD
(IT@SCH - For LP/UP Broadband) (IT@FTH - For FTTH in HS/HSS/VHSS & Offices, IT@HS - For Broadband in HS/ HSS/VHSS & Offices)
Select the school and enter the complaint details
Click on Register VPN Faults
Select the district, location (school) and enter the complaint nature in detail
Also enter Contact No. of Fault Booking Person which is mandatory for alerting the status through SMS.
Login kl.railwire.co.in using your username (eg: kl.< schoolcode >.hsc) and password.
Click on “new issue” tab and enter your issue,
remarks, if any, and submit the issue.
If you want to attach any document, clck on “ browse” button and select the document. That document will get attached with the issue.
Complaint registration through SMS : 81299345345
Send sms to the number 81299345345 in the following format RW < space > schoolcode < space > issue description
Eg : RW 11001 Internet not working
